Here are the terms and conditions which you are entering in to when

you purchase from Charlie’s Raw Treats:

1. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order.

2. Orders can only be taken for the UK only.

3. Orders under £20 will be dispatched via 2nd class Royal Mail.

4. Orders over £20 will be dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail.

5. No refund can be given for orders at present.

6. Please contact me if you have any queries about your order or about any of the ingredients that are used.

7. Please read the ingredients to check that they are suitable before ordering. No refund can be given on the basis that the ingredients are not suitable.

8. Cakes are sold on a collection only basis. This product is not suitable for sending through the post. Please contact me to arrange delivery.

9. Allergy Information: All products contain nuts and are packed in an environment which contains lots of nuts.

10. All orders will receive a complementary subscription to my fortnightly newsletter filled with fun, health tips and raw recipes.
